Gao-Guenie (H5) - 12.97g Highly Oriented Individual Here is a truly unique and beautifully
oriented meteorite! It is a fully crusted 12.97g Gao-Guenie
specimen with rear frothing from atmospheric passage. There is
also an unusual lip around the side of the piece where material
seemed to have been moving backwards but stopped before reaching
the trailing side. For more information on the Gao-Guenie fall
                see the
December 2003 Monthly Favourite. This specimen is part
of the Meteorites Australia Collection (MA.05.0077).
